Direction: Step 1 of the Helia-D Plex Active treatment. For the most effective results, it is recommended to use the complete treatment. It can be applied to both dry and damp hair. Spray onto the scalp, then gently massage in. Continue with your regular hair-washing routine. Use daily for one week, then continue using it only with your hair washes. Avoid contact with eyes.
